Nominee's Accomplishments at the High School Level in Kentucky:
Mr. Moore starred in the old Kentucky High School Athletic League as a three year All-District, All-Region, All-State and MVP player. He led the state in scoring with a 24 ppg average. Mr. Moore led his Central team to the 1952 National Negro Tournament Championship. His #12 has been retired.
