Nominee's Accomplishments at the High School Level in Kentucky:
A 1981 graduate of Augusta HS, Flaugher has been a valuable contributor for the Panthers for over 40 years. He began keeping stats for the boys' basketball varsity team as a student at St. Augustine in 1975. Starting with the 1980-81 season, he started traveling and doing the book for all Augusta road games. In 1983-84, he became the Panthers full-time bookkeeper. Starting in 1996, Flaugher began keeping the book for all teams, both middle and high school, boys and girls, home and away. His dedication to the program and commitment to the job are unmatched.
